NOT A TRIAL. AN INTRODUCTION.

The Kickstart is a structured introduction to how TRITAC trains. Six coached sessions over twenty-one days. It begins with a private 1-on-1 with a head coach, followed by five small-group fundamentals classes (typically two per week) where you learn striking, grappling, takedowns, and the foundations of real combative skill.

It is deliberately not unlimited. The point is curation. We show you the system, give you real skills you can use the same week, and let you feel the training center. On day twenty-one, you and a coach sit and decide what comes next. No pressure. No surprise card charges. That decision happens on the mat, not before you walk in.

You don’t need to fight in a cage to train like a fighter. You need the right system, the right team, and a real first chapter. That’s the whole point of these three weeks.

Three weeks is intentional. Week one is your private intro and first class. Week two is the work. Week three is where it clicks and you decide what comes next. By day twenty-one you know, in your body and not in a brochure, whether this fits.

WEEK 1DAYS 1—7

1-ON-1 + FIRST CLASS.

  • 30–45 min private intro session with a head coach

  • Falls, framing, posture — the survival foundations
  • Quick check-in: how’s the body, what’s week 2?
The 1-on-1 is the part few other places do. You walk in not knowing a thing and leave with five techniques you can use.
WEEK 2DAYS 8—14

TWO CLASSES. REAL REPS.

  • Two fundamentals classes on your chosen days
  • Strikes, clinch, takedowns — the building blocks
  • Partner drills with members at your size and pace
  • Coach starts naming corrections by your name
  • Hub homework: one short video to lock in what you saw
Around week two is when people notice their balance feels different. That’s the part few people warn them about.
WEEK 3DAYS 15—21

TWO CLASSES. THE CONVERSATION.

  • Final two fundamentals classes — link the pieces together
  • Optional first positional rounds (drilled, supervised)
  • Day-21 conversation with a head coach
  • Day-21 conversation with a head coach about what comes next
  • You decide — on the mat, in your shoes, knowing exactly what you’re choosing.
The day-21 conversation is the most honest sales meeting you’ll ever have. We’ll tell you if we don’t think you’re ready.
