A SERIOUS BUT WELCOMING TRAINING CENTER.
TRITAC’s Cromwell training center is built like a true headquarters for martial arts and strength training. Serious, organized, clean, and built to support real progress. Not a chain-gym sales-floor with a closet of bags in the back.
Dedicated training space. Clear class flow. Coaches visible and involved. Enough room and structure that beginners don’t feel lost, while serious students have a place to work.
- Walk in any staffed hour. Front desk is real.
- Coaches on the floor for each class, not the head guy alone.
- Loaner gear if you forgot. No upsell.
- Men’s and women’s locker rooms. Showers, sinks, mirrors. Women’s stocked with amenities.
- Free parking out front. Off Route 372.
BUILT FOR REAL WORK.
Full pro cage for MMA work, takedown technique, and wall-against scenarios. Where sport and combatives meet the fence.
2,200 sq ft of mat. Open zone for grappling and rolling. Padded perimeter for striking, clinch, and takedowns.
Banana bags, heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts. Marked footwork lanes. Full-length mirror wall for shadow work and form check.
Quieter mat room for skills drills, private lessons, traditional work, and smaller-group classes. Off the main floor.
The big playground. Kettlebells, dumbbells, power racks, Olympic lifting platforms, bumpers, sleds, logs, hammers, stones. Treadmills, rowers, assault bikes, TRX.
Indoor turf strip for sprints, sled drags, prowler pushes, and dynamic warm-ups. Open year-round.
Outside lot for tire flips, sprints, carries, and partner work. Used heavy when the weather’s right.
Men’s and women’s locker rooms. Two showers, two bathrooms, sink, and mirror in each. Women’s room stocked with hair dryer and amenities.
ONE TRAINING CENTER. NOT TWO HALF-ONES.
Most martial artists end up living between two worlds. You take jiu-jitsu at a dojo, then drive to Planet Fitness to lift with strangers who don’t get what you’re doing. Here it’s one place. Mat, cage, dojo, strength floor, turf, outdoor. All under one roof. All built to feed each other.
That’s the whole design. A playground big enough to explore. Clean enough to respect. Organized enough to make progress. Whether you’re learning martial arts from scratch or chasing a new PR, the training center is set up to let you work. Clean. Makes sense. Works.
