WHY WE DO THIS.
TRITAC exists to help people become more capable, more confident, more disciplined. Through real martial arts and strength training. In a training center where respect comes first.
We coach beginners, hobbyists, athletes, parents, first responders, and military. Some come for fitness. Some for competition. Some because something happened. The work is the same. You leave better than you came.
“We take the work seriously. We don’t take ourselves theatrically seriously.”
A RESPECT-FIRST GYM, BUILT FOR REAL GROWTH.
What you feel walking in is the standard. White belts roll next to pros. No one gets smashed. Hard sparring is earned, not assumed.
The standard stays high. The door stays open.
- We take the work seriously.
- We do not take ourselves theatrically seriously.
- Beginners are welcome.
- Hard training is respected.
- Hard sparring is earned.
- People help each other get better.

MEET ALL COACHESWHAT TRITAC IS.
TRITAC is the no-BS approach to learning martial arts without getting trapped in one way of thinking. There are a hundred paths. We give you the map and compass.
On the floor it runs as four programs: MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Self-Defense, and Strength & Conditioning. Same coaches across them. Same fundamentals. Different ranges, different rules.
“When you focus on the movement of combat, the body moves the way it’s supposed to and combat becomes easy.”— MATT, ON THE METHOD
Pieces of the system run in West Hartford’s school safety curriculum. The same system also powers the TRITAC Training Hub, our online coaching product launching this year.
20,000 SQ FT. BUILT TO TRAIN.

Twenty thousand square feet of dedicated training space. Mat, cage, striking floor, strength corner, support spaces. A real headquarters. Serious, organized, clean. Built so beginners don’t feel lost and serious students have room to work.

MORE THAN CLASSES.
Members run together outside the gym. Group outings. Competition team trips. Member events. After a year here, you’ll know most of the members by name. The mat is the easy part. What you stay for is the people you keep showing up next to.
