1. Introduction

Tritac Training Center, located at 14 Alcap Ridge, Cromwell, CT 06416, USA, provides martial arts instruction in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and strength & fitness classes for adults and children. Our goal is to foster personal growth through discipline, community, and expert coaching. These Terms apply to all members, guests, and users of our Service.

2. Definitions

β€’ Member: An individual who has registered and paid for a membership or class package.

β€’ Service: All in-person and online offerings, including classes, content, and digital platforms.

β€’ Trainer: A certified instructor employed or contracted by Tritac Training Center.

β€’ User Content: Any photograph, video, comment, or other content you submit to our website or social media.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

β€’ Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

β€’ Disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate.

β€’ Follow all posted rules, instructor directions, and safety guidelines.

β€’ Treat fellow members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy.

β€’ Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Terms

4.1. Class Scheduling and Attendance

β€’ Classes are offered daily in the following disciplines: BJJ, MMA, Judo, Family Judo, Strength & Conditioning.

β€’ Members may attend classes according to their chosen membership plan and must check in at the front desk or via our online portal prior to participation.

β€’ We reserve the right to modify class schedules and instructors at any time.

5. Payment Policy

β€’ All fees are due in advance, on the first of each billing cycle for recurring plans.

β€’ Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods we support.

β€’ Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date.

β€’ Refunds are granted only in accordance with our cancellation policy and at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

β€’ Engage in violent, abusive, or harassing behavior.

β€’ Record or distribute images or videos of classes without prior written consent.

β€’ Use the facilities or equipment for any unlawful purpose.

β€’ Share your account, log in as another user, or misrepresent your identity.

β€’ Tamper with safety equipment or obstruct exits.

7. Intellectual Property

β€’ All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on our website and premises are owned by Tritac Training Center or our licensors.

β€’ You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

β€’ You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tritac Training Center and its officers, trainers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive conduct. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Connecticut.
