This policy explains what TRITAC Training Center LLC collects when you visit our websites, sign up for a class, or use the Training Hub. It also explains who we share data with and how to contact us if you want your information removed.
The short version: we collect what we need to run a martial arts school and a member training app. We do not sell your data. We share it with the third-party services that actually run our operations (payments, schedule software, email), and that list is below.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when you create an account or book an intro.
- Billing details (card number is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers).
- Emergency contact and medical notes you choose to share for class safety.
- Quiz answers, training preferences, and goals you enter in the Hub.
- Photos and video clips of class footage you appear in (covered separately below).
- Anything you send us by email, the contact form, or text message.
Information we collect automatically
- Browser type, device type, IP address, and referring page.
- Pages you view on the site and how long you spend on them.
- Standard server logs for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- In-class attendance recorded by the gym check-in system.
Information from third parties
- Payment confirmation and subscription status from Stripe and PushPress.
- Ad-performance signals from Meta and Google when you arrive through an ad.
- Lead-source attribution from GoHighLevel and other tools that route inbound contacts.
How we use your information
We use the data for the following:
- Running your account, billing, and class reservations.
- Building and updating your training plan in the Hub.
- Sending account, schedule, and class-change notifications.
- Sending marketing emails about TRITAC programs (you can unsubscribe any time).
- Measuring how the site performs and which pages need work.
- Improving the Hub product based on how members use it.
- Meeting legal, tax, and safety obligations.
Cookies, pixels, and tracking
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We also load tracking pixels from a small set of analytics and ad platforms so we can see what is working.
- Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic source, anonymized engagement).
- Google Search Console (keyword performance for search results).
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (ad attribution for Facebook and Instagram).
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but some features (saved login, quiz progress) require them to function.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendors that run parts of our operation. Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy and is bound by a data-processing agreement where required.
- Stripe. Card payments and subscription billing.
- PushPress. Gym member management, attendance, schedule.
- GoHighLevel. CRM, lead routing, text and email follow-up.
- Google. Workspace email, Drive, Analytics 4, Search Console.
- Meta. Facebook and Instagram ads, Pixel attribution.
- Vercel and Cloudflare. Website hosting, DNS, and content delivery.
- Spot AI. Security camera footage used for class-clip generation.
We also share information when the law requires it. We share it to enforce our terms. And we share it to protect the safety of members, staff, or the public.
Class photos and footage
We record class footage from the in-gym cameras and from coach-held devices. Footage is used for instruction, coaching review, marketing on social channels, and member-facing clips inside the Hub. If you want your face excluded from public marketing footage, tell a coach or email mbryers@tritacmartialarts.com. We honor that request going forward and remove existing public posts on request.
Email and text messages
By creating an account or booking an intro, you agree to receive transactional email about your account, schedule, and billing. You also agree to receive marketing email about TRITAC programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. It does not stop transactional messages tied to your account.
If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from that thread.
Children and youth members
The Hub product is built for adult members. We collect data on youth members (under 18) only when a parent or guardian signs them up for the youth program. We use that data to run their class enrollment, attendance, and safety records. Parents can request their child's data at any time using the contact below.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct or update information that is wrong.
- Delete your account and the personal information tied to it.
- Stop using your information for marketing.
- Export a copy of your account data.
Email mbryers@tritacmartialarts.com with the request. We respond within 30 days. Members in California, the EU, the UK, or other regions with formal privacy laws have additional rights. We honor those rights on request.
Security and data retention
We use industry-standard practices to protect the data: encrypted transport, access controls on staff accounts, and limited retention. We keep member records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period after, to honor tax and legal obligations. Marketing data is purged on unsubscribe or on request.
No system is bulletproof. If a data incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authority as soon as we have the facts.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our vendors, products, or laws change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes get an email notice to active members.
