Chris Ahearn is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at TRITAC Training Center, with 12+ years of experience in fitness and athletic coaching. He is certified by both NASM and ISSA and specializes in functional training that builds athletic performance while reducing injury risk. Chris has worked with everyone from competitive martial artists to clients chasing fat loss or general fitness. As a competitive grappler himself, he understands the demands of combat sports and tailors programs to build strength, agility, and endurance that translate to the mat. His philosophy: proper technique, progressive overload, smart injury prevention. Build the foundation, then push the ceiling. He is also TRITAC's gym manager and runs the day-to-day floor.
