Ruben Gallego leads the TRITAC Unarmed Combatives program. He brings an international perspective to the gym, having trained across boxing, kickboxing, and modern reality-based systems. Ruben is a certified Defence Lab instructor with years of experience teaching practical self-defense in seminar settings around the world. His approach focuses on no-nonsense tactics that hold up under real-world pressure: managing confrontations, defending against multiple attackers, weapons awareness. His background includes the Keysi Fighting Method and other progressive combat arts, all integrated into the TRITAC system. He is detail-oriented and patient with new students, while advanced practitioners value the depth of his combatives knowledge and realistic scenario work.
